My recent stay at Le Gourguillon offered a serene escape in the heart of Vieux Lyon. While the petite room lacked certain amenities, I found solace in the cozy ambiance and artistic decor. The highlight of my visit was indulging in the spa services, especially the relaxing massages that melted away my stress. The spa salon exuded tranquility, and the hot tub provided a peaceful retreat, complemented by a garden view from the terrace.Although the absence of a kitchen or dining room was notable, the attentive Alexis, who multitasked as receptionist, bellboy, and more, ensured a comfortable stay. The location demanded a bit of a trek with luggage, but the hotel's proximity to Lyon's charming streets offset this inconvenience.In conclusion, Le Gourguillon's spa offerings and serene environment present an opportunity for guests to unwind and rejuvenate amidst the picturesque setting of Vieux Lyon.
